Role Overview:As a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in recruiting highly skilled IT professionals for a variety of technical roles. You will work closely with hiring managers, technical teams, and leadership to identify hiring needs, source, and recruit top talent in the ever-evolving tech space. Your expertise in the technical recruitment process will ensure we continue to scale and meet the growing demands of our clients.Key Responsibilities:Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build effective sourcing strategies for various roles (Software Engineers, Data Analysts, IT Project Managers, etc.).Utilize diverse sourcing channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and your own professional network to attract top technical talent.Screen and assess candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with our client's needs.Conduct in-depth interviews and manage the end-to-end hiring process, from initial screening to offer negotiation.Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice for technical professionals.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to source candidates with the latest skill sets.Foster positive relationships with candidates, ensuring a seamless and engaging recruitment experience.Qualifications:Proven experience of at least 5 years as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter in a technical environment, preferably in IT outsourcing or consulting.Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to assess technical skills.Familiarity with sourcing and recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, etc.).Experience managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple open roles simultaneously.Strong organizational and time-management skills.A passion for identifying and attracting top talent to join a high-growth company.
