We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Account to support our finance operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO), account reconciliations, and accounts payable processes. This role involves processing invoices, generating checks, performing reconciliations for cash, fixed assets, AP, and AR, and handling various accounting tasks as needed.The position requires strong Excel skills, including proficiency with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and other advanced functions.This is a permanent work-from-home opportunity offering steady freelance work, immediate hiring, and HMO coverage for eligible locations.Job HighlightsHourly Rate: The equivalent of $ 8.00 USD per hour in the applicant’s local currencyNumber of Paid Hours Per Week: 40Schedule: M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Midland, TX TimeWork Arrangement: Work from homeContract: Independent ContractorSide Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection.
