Our goal is to create an environment where we all win with precision.Job DescriptionYour CareerWe are looking for a dynamic and highly technical Network engineer to join our fast-paced, high-growth organization. This role requires expertise in routing, switching, SDWAN and wireless technologies. The ideal candidate will drive the architecture, implementation and support of campus and data center network solutions. This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable campus network solutions.Your ImpactDesign, implement, and maintain campus and data center network architecturesConfigure and manage network devices (routers, switches, SDWAN, wireless controller, access points, firewalls)Troubleshoot network issues and implement solutionsBuild / mature observability for campus and data center networksProvide technical expertise and guidance to other IT staffQualificationsBachelor's degree in technical, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent military experience required9 plus years of relevant work experience Design, deploy, and manage LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi networks across the campusMonitor network performance and troubleshoot issues with switches, routers, firewalls, and access pointsMaintain and configure core and distribution switches, wireless controllers, and edge devices.Perform regular network upgrades, patch management, and security auditsImplement and manage network access controls, VLANs, QoS, and IP address management (IPAM).Ensure network documentation is current, including topology diagrams, configurations, and SOPsRespond to and resolve network incidents, and participate in on-call rotationWork with vendors and service providers to resolve hardware/software issues or implement new solutionsStay updated with emerging networking technologies and suggest improvements or innovationsTechnical SkillsProficiency with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, etc.)Hands-on experience with Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, or similar enterprise networking equipmentFamiliarity with Wi-Fi standards (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax) and wireless site surveysUnderstanding of network security best practices, including firewall configuration and VPNsHands-on experience SDWAN device / deploymentsAdditional InformationThe TeamWorking at a high-tech cybersecurity company within Information Technology is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
