As a Senior Sourcing Partner, your mission is to find and engage exceptional talent across engineering, technical, and operational roles. You’ll be instrumental in building high-performing teams that design and deliver frontier technology—without the fluff. This is not a passive sourcing role. You’ll lead search strategies, work closely with hiring managers, and build highly curated pipelines in hard-to-reach markets. ResponsibilitiesOwn sourcing strategy and execution across key technical and production rolesPartner closely with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to deeply understand role requirements and team needsDrive outbound sourcing with high precision—identify, vet, and engage passive talent using creative, targeted methodsBuild and maintain talent maps and market intelligence reports for key roles and locationsEnsure strong pipeline health and visibility across active searchesTrack outreach and conversion metrics; iterate fast and raise the bar continuouslyShape and improve sourcing tools, workflows, and outreach strategiesRepresent STARK professionally and credibly in all candidate interactionsQualifications3+ years of hands-on sourcing experience in a fast-moving tech, deeptech, or industrial environmentProven success engaging technical and engineering talent across Europe (e.
