Job DescriptionThe Store Manager I is responsible for setting sales targets, developing strategies, and monitoring performance to ensure continuous improvement. They manage the store's budget, oversee inventory, and ensure compliance with company policies. Additionally, they lead and develop the store team to foster a positive work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive performance through the store KPI’s (e.g. turnover, rewards, new accounts, visuals. Etc.)Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standardDriving turnover to ensure achievement of targetsEnsures the team executes operational excellence through a customer-centric mind set.Generating high levels of motivation and commitment within the storeEnsure store staff implement merchandising strategy and standardsManaging team schedule effectivelyStaff training and developmentPeople management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance managementControlling expensesAllocate time effectively; handle multiple tasks and completing priorities.
