Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities Achieve budgeted sales and profit through effective and efficient management of the store Manage cost through the use of productivity tools and measurements to optimize efficiency. Achieve customer service standards in order to meet and exceed the customer’s expectations. Effective inventory control i.e. adequate stock, product quality check, manage shrinkage Effective store management i.e. product displays, promotion, OOS handling, cleaning and hygiene of all store facilities and equipment Ensure store safety and securities Handle store administrations tasks Implement and follow all SOPJob Requirements Complete Bachelor Degree in an equivalent field with a minimum of 3 years' experiences which provides the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the job. Report writing required to produce analytical and technical reports in an appropriate format.
