Store Manager – Luxury Jewellery Atelier (Bangkok, Thailand)Location: Bangkok, ThailandDepartment: Sales & RetailReports To: Head of SalesPatcharavipa is seeking a self-driven and entrepreneurial Store Manager to independently operate our Bangkok showroom. As the primary face of the brand on the ground, you will deliver an exceptional luxury experience, manage daily retail operations, and take full ownership of commercial performance. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, boutique environment, capable of running the store solo while potentially recruiting and managing one full-time Sales Associate as demand grows.Key Responsibilities:• Independently manage the daily operations of the Bangkok showroom, ensuring an elevated and welcoming client experience.• Implement commercial and category-focused strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets.• Work seamlessly across channels, collaborating closely with eCommerce, production, and PR teams.• Deliver exceptional in-store client experiences, guiding clients through the brand story, product knowledge, and personalised service.• Recruit, train, and develop one Sales Associate (if required), ensuring strong service standards and deep jewellery expertise.• Build extensive product knowledge, including materials, gemstones, craftsmanship, and design narratives.• Drive a clienteling culture using CRM, insights, and intuition to build long-term client relationships.• Manage bespoke and custom orders, transforming client visions into one-of-a-kind pieces.• Support after-sales services such as repairs, care, and follow-up communication.• Analyse showroom performance and translate insights into sales and service improvements.• Provide regular feedback to headquarters on client insights, product requests, and market opportunities.• Lead and support trunk shows, press previews, and brand events as needed.• Oversee store upkeep, inventory control, stock management, fulfilment, and compliance with jewellery security standards.• Act as a brand ambassador in the Thai market and regional media, supporting press loans and editorial partnerships.• Support other departments (such as production) when required.Candidate Profile:• 3–5 years’ experience in fine jewellery retail, ideally with responsibility for store performance.•Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred or equivalent.• Proven success in a luxury environment, backed by meaningful client relationships.• GIA qualified (or equivalent).• Strong understanding of jewellery product, materials, and industry trends.• Comfortable working independently and capable of managing a small team as the store grows.• Experience with Shopify or similar retail/eCommerce platforms is an advantage.• Highly organised, proactive, and confident collaborating with multiple departments.• Fluent in Thai and English; other languages are a plus.• Polished, confident communicator with the presence to engage high-value clients.Why Join Patcharavipa?Patcharavipa is a modern fine jewellery house combining heritage craftsmanship with contemporary design.
