Key Responsibilities:Operational Excellence:Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to brand standards.Drive store performance to achieve sales targets, profitability, and customer satisfaction KPIs.Ensure the store environment reflects the brand’s luxury identity and maintains visual merchandising standards.Manage stock levels, inventory accuracy, and replenishment in coordination with the supply chain team.Sales & Business Performance:Develop and implement business strategies to increase sales and drive profitability.Analyze store performance reports, identify trends, and propose action plans for continuous improvement.Ensure effective cross-selling and upselling techniques are implemented across the team.Maintain full P&L responsibility, optimizing expenses and maximizing revenue.Team Leadership:Recruit, train, and mentor store staff to deliver world-class service standards.Foster a culture of teamwork, motivation, and accountability within the team.Conduct regular performance reviews and implement development plans.Customer Experience:Ensure all customers receive personalized, memorable, and luxury-level service.Resolve customer issues effectively while protecting the brand’s image.Maintain strong relationships with VIP and repeat clients to drive loyalty and retention.Compliance & Standards:Guarantee compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and health & safety regulations.Oversee store audits, cash management, and security protocols.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.5–8 years of experience in luxury retail, with at least 2 years in a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager role.Experience in non-fashion luxury retail (e.g., watches, jewelry, perfumes, home décor, fine gifts, etc.) is essential.Strong commercial acumen with experience handling full P&L ownership.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.Bilingual – fluency in both languages is mandatory.Presentable, customer-centric, and passionate about luxury retail excellence.
