The ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and integrity in maintaining stock accuracy.Key Responsibilities:Receive, inspect, and record all incoming goods and materials.Issue materials and items from the store as per authorized requests.Maintain accurate stock records, bin cards, and Goods Received Notes (GRNs).Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of items to maintain quality and safety standards.Support periodic stock counts and reconciliation activities.Coordinate with purchasing and finance teams regarding stock discrepancies or damaged goods.Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store area.Prepare and submit regular inventory reports to management.Educational Qualifications:Minimum GCE O/L or A/L (high school diploma or equivalent).Diploma or Certificate in Storekeeping, Inventory Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain (preferred but not mandatory).Basic knowledge of accounting and stock control systems.Professional Skills & Competencies:Familiarity with ERP, POS, or inventory management software.Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, Email).Ability to prepare and maintain stock records and reports.Awareness of safety, handling, and storage procedures.Experience:Minimum 1–2 years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse, or inventory handling.Experience in receiving, issuing, and dispatching goods.Exposure to the restaurant, retail, or manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.Soft Skills:Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good numerical and analytical skills.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Effective communication and teamwork skills.High level of integrity, reliability, and responsibility.
