As a Strategic Buyer, you will contribute directly to this mission and help shape a carbon-neutral future.You will play an important role in: Category Management: Develop and maintain the category strategies you are responsible for, to secure the long-term competitiveness of the company.Strategic Sourcing: Identify opportunities, risks, and costs to implement savings and strive for total cost reduction (TCO).Supplier Relationship Management: Build, maintain, develop, and evaluate suppliers on their performance, negotiate Supply and Price Agreements, and manage relationships effectively.Coordination & Project Management: Foster strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, contributing or potentially leading cross-functional projects.Continuous Improvement: Participate actively in process improvement initiatives, streamlining procurement processes, and enhancing efficiency.You will also be expected to manage a range of tasks such as, but not limited to, maintaining your contracts and price records, processing pricing-related workflows, and invoice approval.We imagine that you: Have 1+ year of experience as a Strategic Buyer, supported by a relevant education.Possess a strategic and analytical mindset, with a strong focus on execution and results.Thrive under pressure, meeting tight deadlines with precision.Work effectively both independently and in cross-functional teams.Bring project and stakeholder management skills.Are confident in negotiations and have a technical flair that supports decision-making.Communicate fluently in English—Danish is a plus, but not required.Are proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiar with ERP systems.Understand Supply Chain functions and ideally have experience with combustion components or other complex engineered engine parts.
