Job DescriptionWork closely with senior management as an integral member of the team responsible for shaping our Shopee App and Operations processes through robust analysis and initiativesEngage in project-based initiatives aimed at identifying and implementing solutions to drive significant improvement in our ecommerce processes and experienceForge strong connections with local market commercial teams and regional stakeholders, using robust quantitative and qualitative analysisContinuously optimise strategies, designs, reporting, and planning processesOwn and drive high-impact projects across operations-related verticals and workstreamsRequirementsAt least 3 years of experience in strategy consulting &/or in-house strategy roles, highly preferredExperience in working with data, drawing insights, developing reports, and devising practical data-driven solutionsExcellent stakeholder management skills, demonstrating the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse markets and backgroundsIn-depth knowledge of industry trends and market behaviorOutstanding project management skillsA deep understanding of management frameworksExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to present solutions and results at leadership level
