Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for a Studio Host at our London location. As a Studio Host, you will ensure a welcoming environment by providing excellent customer service, assisting participants during workshops, and helping manage the smooth operation of events. Duties include setting up and tidying the space, offering guidance to attendees (specifically the usage of our art cafe), filming content to be used in socials, providing tea and biscuits. You will act as a friendly and approachable point of contact, fostering collaboration and creativity amongst participants. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with attendees and promote a welcoming atmosphereAbility to assist with Food & Beverage setup and service during sessionsBasic knowledge and experience in Sales to engage participants with our offeringsEnergetic, adaptable, and collaborative approach to ensure smooth studio operationsA genuine passion for creativity, community building, and inclusivityPrior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
