Rate: £22.68/ hour via UmbrellaLocation: LondonContract Length: 3 monthsHours: Full-timeThe RoleAre you an experienced Study Co-Ordinator with a passion for research or audits? We are seeking a proactive and organised Study Co-Ordinator to join our Clinical Research Facility within the NHS.You will provide essential administrative and research support to clinical investigators across designated specialties, ensuring studies are delivered to the highest standards and in compliance with research governance regulations.Key Responsibilities:Support investigators with study feasibility, ethical approvals, and governance requirements.Maintain accurate research records and databases.Organise departmental research meetings and prepare study documentation.Collect, validate, and input research data, ensuring compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.Liaise with internal teams and external partners including universities, NHS trusts, and funding bodies.Assist with financial monitoring and reporting for research budgets.Coordinate submissions to ethics committees, grant applications, and study reports.Education & QualificationsBTEC/A-Levels/ Degree in ScienceExperienceResearch/audit background, including medical researchData management and manipulation in Excel/AccessBasic science theory and statistical methodsFinance/budget managementKnowledge of EU Clinical Trials Directive, GCP, and research governanceFamiliarity with clinical data, medical terminology, and healthcare settingsSkills & AbilitiesMeeting organisation, minute-taking, and liaison with collaboratorsBasic accounting and budget maintenanceAnalytical and data manipulation skillsPresentation and literature searching experienceAbility to travel across sites in London
