Subsidiary Finance （子公司财经）

On behalf of ICT company Huawei Technologies Cambodia, we are looking for qualified and motivated candidates to join their dynamic team in the position below:Position: Subsidiary Finance Responsibilities:Regularly carry out the annual budget, quarterly rolling forecast, and financial report analysis of subsidiaries, identify risks and issues in achieving subsidiaries' profitability targets in a timely manner, develop reasonable intercompany transaction pricing solutions and financial solutions, and track the implementation of solutions and measures to ensure the achievement of targets.Regularly carry out subsidiary cash flow by currency, annual budget of NMA, and quarterly rolling forecast, identify risks and issues in achieving subsidiary liquidity targets (NMA/OCF/intercompany transaction balance/profit distribution, etc.), develop subsidiary liquidity management solutions, track the implementation of solutions and measures, and ensure target achievement.Support the health management of regional subsidiaries' financial reports, provide comprehensive financial report solutions for key and difficult issues in subsidiaries' financial reports, and support the achievement of financial report health targets.Gain insight into and analyze the linkage between the Group's operations and subsidiaries, the relationship between legal entities, and key conflicts, provide comprehensive financial report solutions at the Group Finance level, and support the fulfillment of the Group's financial report management requirements.Requirements:Be familiar with the basic knowledge of financial theory, mainly including accounting, financial management, and audit knowledge, and output reports.Have general knowledge of budget and forecast management, financial planning and analysis, and report analysis capabilities.Have experience in financial management.Proficient communication skills in Chinese and EnglishStrong teamwork and coordination skills.Strong logical reasoning and analysis skills, and able to take responsibility independently.
