Job SummaryThe role of Supervisor, Fleet Management, is to establish and implement fleet operation procedures to ensure that all vehicles under the control of FMA is well managed, maintained and effectively utilized at optimal cost.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular safety inspections of vehicles and schedule maintenance on vehicles to ensure that all vehicles are in good working order and prevented from expanded breakdown.Provide training to relevant users of the company vehicles to ensure proper operations and efficient use of the vehicles.Monitor use of fuel/lubricant card, fuel consumption and repair vehicles for minor breakdown to ensure that vehicles are properly repaired.Keep track of vehicle repairing and fuel consumption for an analysis to take corrective actions for efficient use of company vehicles.Monitor GPS of the vehicles to ensure that GPS is functional and necessary data is retrievable from GPS when needed be.Maintain a checklist for legal documents required for vehicles to ensure that all vehicles have documents in response to legal requirements.Conduct a regular inspection on vehicles to ensure that the vehicles are properly cared of by users and no incidents occurred to the vehicles without notices.Register and license all vehicles under FMA management on a timely manner to ensure that there is no penalty.Administer online vehicle booking system so that the system is fully functional in line with operations.Manage vehicles assigned to be based in provinces so that the vehicles are used for the intended purposes, properly maintained and repaired.Coordinate and provide support to vehicle users when incident occurred including vehicle breakdown, road accident and other emergency to ensure safety and minimize operation disruptions with timely assistance and resolution of incidents.Perform other tasks as required.Key Challenges Deal with different personalities and levels of knowledge on subject matter (driving attitude, understanding the vehicles and its functions, communication styles etc.)Require broad basic skills to manage different types of vehicles at different locations.Demand for sense of ownership of company assets.Work outside normal business hours or based location/office.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline or certificate or relevant skills.
