This is not simply our job, it’s our passion.About The RoleAs Security Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests, team members, and property. You will oversee daily security operations, lead and train the security team, respond to incidents, and uphold compliance with all safety protocols and standards. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and discretion.Key Duties And Responsibilities Supervising Security StaffManage and coordinate the daily activities of security guards and officers.Create duty rosters, assign shifts, and ensure adequate coverage.Provide leadership, mentorship, and conflict resolution among the team. Monitoring Security SystemsOversee the use of surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and access control systems.Respond to security breaches, alarms, and other emergency situations. Training and DevelopmentTrain new security personnel on company policies, procedures, and emergency response.Conduct regular drills and refresher training for ongoing staff development. Incident Response and ReportingRespond promptly to incidents such as theft, vandalism, trespassing, or accidents.Investigate disturbances and write detailed incident reports.Liaise with law enforcement or emergency services when needed. Ensuring ComplianceEnforce company rules and regulations.Ensure that all security operations comply with legal and ethical standards. Risk Assessment and PreventionIdentify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.Recommend and implement preventative measures. PatrollingConduct random inspections or patrols of the premises to deter unauthorized activity.Ensure security posts are manned and equipment is functioning properly. Customer and Staff InteractionAssist employees, visitors, or clients with security-related issues.Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional security presence. Administrative TasksMaintain records of security activities, attendance, and incident logs.Manage security budgets, equipment inventory, and resource allocation. Emergency PreparednessDevelop and implement emergency response procedures.Coordinate evacuation drills and safety awareness programs.About YouThe ideal candidate should have a valid security or surveillance certification. The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the same role in an international ultra-luxury resort.
