The scope of responsibility includes order fulfillment and customer service, working capital management and logistic activities within the country, ensuring expenses in line with the budget. 3PL management, Inventory management is extremely critical component of this role. This role requires close collaboration with various functions in the country to delivery country business objectives. This position also plays the role of people manager, engaging and motivating the team to continuously build and improve processes to achieve the broad operational goals and critical KPI’s.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesResponsible for overall Supply Chain KPIs within the countryResponsible for overall customer service and order management activities, ensuring timely revenue recognition by financial cut-off.Responsible for country inventory management, ensuring inventory plan is aligned with business plan.Responsible for 3PL management, ensuring all warehousing and distribution activities meet the agreed SLA.Responsible for channel partner/ Commission agent engagement in the country, including on-boarding activities, contract management, and business reviews along with commercial teamCollaborate with commercial team on route-to-market activities, including new product launches, consignment and order fulfillment process setup, capital equipment program management, and service level expectation setting with customersManage import/ export activities on trade and non-trade items by collaborating with appointed freight forwarders.Ensure the operational activities are following regulatory, quality, and financial policies.Lead and drive regional and local initiatives to drive process excellence within the country.Foster team dynamics and close collaboration among various functions to deliver business resultsKey ActivitiesMaintain optimum inventory levels to meet the planned DIOH (Days Inventory on Hand) targets.Planning and control departmental expense and country inventory levelReduction of slow moving or nonmoving inventory to optimize inventory reserves.New product launch planning with sales teamsSupport customer service to complete the order processing in timeWorking with service providers for timely and accurate delivery of productsWarehouse Management in line with Quality objectives.Drive process improvements to improve operational efficiencies.Consolidate customer feedbacks and drive customer improvement actionsDemand and supply planning alignment with Regional Demand Planner in monthly Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) meeting.3PL governance and KPIs assessment and improvementsImprove field inventory accuracy and maintain complianceRegular PAR level review and inventory maintenance at hospital locationsRequirements For This PositionAt least 7 years of working experience in supply chain management preferably in FMCG / Medical equipment / Pharmaceuticals company and experienced in leadership positionPerformance oriented, analytical, and sharp mindedExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent administrative and organizational skillsDemonstrate good leadership skill and a team playerExperience in using SAP will be added advantage.QualificationAt least Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain management / Logistics or any relevant degreeMBA/ APICS certification is preferredCompetenciesSpeaks and understands English on a Business levelGood understanding on supply chain and operational activities including (but not limited to) planning, warehousing, distribution, inventory management, customer fulfillment and import/ export operationsUnderstands basic finance and comfortable with P&L review would be added advantageAble to recognize and handle any reconciliation issues proactivelyProactively add value to business processes including both internal and external customersFamiliar with basic analytical tools such as spreadsheets and visualization toolsGood problem-solving skillsGood presentation skillsCustomer focusedAbility to work under pressureRequisition ID: 617141As a leader in medical science for more than 40 years, we are committed to solving the challenges that matter most – united by a deep caring for human life.
