You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end operational excellence – from sourcing to stock management.ResponsibilitiesInbound PMO: Coordinate with warehouse and suppliers to ensure smooth inbound processesStock Management: Monitor and manage stock levels across multiple nodesListing Optimisation: Identify and implement opportunities to improve product listings for higher visibility and conversionReturn refund (RR): Liaise with Warehouse to provide analysis on SKUs with high RR rate SKU mapping: Ensure SKUs are mapped to correct competitors or correct group RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field1–3 years of experience in operations, sourcing, or supply chain preferredDetail-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, able to handle targetsStrong analytical and negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and timelinesProficient in Excel and comfortable with data
