Those who share our goal of continuous innovation and breakthrough thinking will show in the consumer experience.Responsibilities:Execute global new sub supplier quality system auditDevelop process for new sub supplier and process validation.Cooperates with CN supplier quality team to induce the quality controls to local suppliersUpdate and maintain AVL list according to sub supplier’s qualification status.Implement annual audit for qualified sub supplier.Provide Risk assessment for new sub supplier and new process of sub supplier.Define and review actions plan from sub supplier.Handle outstanding issues of sub suppliers happened at OEM/consumer side.Create and optimize the audit check list according to component category.Communication of internal and external team for sub supplier’s qualification and development status.Provide the assessment to sourcing council for new sub supplier’s selection of new project.Participant new project team to handle and drive the failures improvement on part.Key Relationship/Stakeholders:Leading and completing sub supplier quality system audit and process development.Facilitates, coordinates the sub suppliers process and product improvement.Support OEM to handle the component quality issue.Support SCM to create AVL list.Support quality to achieve the objectiveCompetencies: Able to speak local language, Alternatively English or Chinese or both as a plus.Ability to work independently, able to adapt to business trip.Willing to communicate with different peoples and express different ideas.Know basic quality knowledge and experience on audit, be familiar with ISO9001.Demonstrates ownership and accountability of work; meets or beats deadlines and delivers results.Demonstrates accuracy, clarity, consistency and thoroughness of work.Measurement:Supplier qualification, assessment reportSupplier development planAVL list maintenance
