This position plays the important role of innovating and maintaining effective planning processes together with in-market and external stakeholders, through the governance of key measures such as Case Fill Rate, OTIF, Forecast Accuracy, Bias, SLOB, Inventory, cost and returns. Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesSALE FORECAST MANAGEMENT – DEMAND MANAGEMENTLead an effective market S&OP (Sales and Operation Planning) process with multi-functions and 3PLs to optimize Customer Service level and Cash FlowChallenge and validate forecast variances per UPC per location periodically. -Ensure consistency of the sales forecast per UPC and applicable planning locations, in volume and in value, with the business plan taking into consideration all marketing/repair activitiesSUPPLY PLANNING Align the supply plan to the consensus forecast, per UPC and per applicable location, periodically. Determine the availability of products; and communicate risks, and risk mitigating actions, to pertinent stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Care, etc.). Deliver an accurate supply plan, on-time, to the Group supply planning team, sourcing units and co-packers. Ensure optimal inventory levels per UPC per location. Govern supply plan execution to deliver customer service in line with service level targets.Review/audit demand & supply master data parameters to ensure accurate system replenishment recommendations. Ensure that SAP/ Blue Yonder related system issues are resolved by relevant parties in accordance with system issue resolution service level agreements. Govern supply planning related KPIs (inventory, case fill rate, supply replenishment related cost, and on time supply and direct shipment availability)INVENTORY MANAGEMENT Optimize inventory levels according to the established weeks of supply target per UPC per location. - Ensure sufficient safety inventory covers. Communicate inventory quality risks (e.g. SLOB, NTE, damages) Closely coordinate inventory risk mitigating actions with key stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, Finance). Communicate out of stock risks and recovery of critical UPCs to the agreed weeks of supply targetsSUPPLY ORDER TRACKING Closely monitor all the operational aspects of inbound, inventory and any ad-hoc issue by closely working with sourcing units, market logistics and CBG CSO. PLANNING PROCESS OWNERSHIPLead the implementation of an effective Demand & Supply planning process, with clear accountabilities among multi-functions that covers a comprehensive demand and supply plan, relevant strategies & tactics, a monthly market S&OP process, root cause analysis and action planning. Establish/lead escalation and risk management process among all stakeholders. Lead supply chain automation initiatives for a more efficient and comprehensive execution of supply chain processes.Required Skills and Experience• Work in a multi-cultural dynamic environment, where he or she played a major role on implementing projects. • Strong leadership, responsiveness, and accountability. • S&OP process governance. • Supply planning and inventory management. • Preferred to have +7 years experience in Supply Chain Management. • Stakeholder management and experience. • Diligence, excellent analytical capabilities, logical & strategic thinking, effective communication and presentation skills. • Project management and Change management • Knowledge and experience in and 1) End to End supply planning & processes and 2) demand forecasting and planning processes • Knowledge and experience with SAP or other ERP systems (e.g Blue Yonder) • MS office proficiency.
