Supply Chain Specialist

Key Responsibilities • Inventory & Production Management • Maintain product master data and continuously monitor stock levels. • Track production orders, raw material consumption, and orders in transit. • Build inventory visibility and consumption projections using advanced Excel models and Power BI dashboards. • Procurement & Supplier Management • Source and manage suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and third-party services. • Negotiate terms, lead times, and order quantities to ensure cost efficiency and reliability. • Raise purchase orders and monitor inbound deliveries. • Planning & Forecasting • Align production with demand forecasts and sales projections. • Anticipate risks of stockouts or overstocking and escalate issues proactively. • Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making. • Logistics & Distribution • Track shipments and orders in transit, ensuring timely delivery. • Coordinate with logistics partners, freight forwarders, and warehouses. • Optimize delivery flows and reduce lead times. • Process & Continuous Improvement • Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to improve visibility. • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains. • Support compliance with food/supplement regulations and traceability requirements.⸻Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field. • 2+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations (FMCG, food, or supplements industry is a plus). • Strong skills in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, modeling); exposure to Power BI is a strong advantage. • Knowledge of procurement, inventory control, and logistics best practices. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Analytical mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company where priorities can shift quickly.⸻What We Offer • A chance to join a rapidly growing company in the health & fitness space. • Ownership and autonomy to shape supply chain processes from the ground up. • Exposure to end-to-end supply chain activities (procurement, planning, production, logistics). • Collaborative, entrepreneurial work environment with real impact. • Competitive salary and growth opportunities as the business scales.
