The planner is consumer focused, process and KPI driven, and is comfortable leveraging data and advanced analytics to drive and influence cross-functional stakeholders with clear and compelling insights, options and recommendations. The successful candidate instills trust, acts with courage, embraces and leads change, communicates vision and purpose, fosters teamwork, cultivates innovation and ensures accountability.WHO YOU WILL WORK WITHThis is the matrix: You will engage and collaborate with global and geography product, merch, planning, analytics, sourcing and manufacturing teams…essentially an end-to-end supply chain role to ensure supply is positioned for our most critical product and demand priorities. You will partner with Tech and analytics teams to gain insights, build sustainable capabilities to improve the speed and quality of our decision making.
