They're the voice of our customers, working closely with product teams to improve experiences and keep wow-level service at the heart of Revolut.We’re looking for a Support Specialist who takes ownership of customer issues, thinks deeper to find solutions, and contributes to the way we support our customers every day.To support our 24/7 coverage, this role may include night and weekend shifts, which are fully compensated.Up to shape what's next in finance? Let's get in touch.What you'll be doingProviding customers with a seamless experience to ensure confidence in using our featuresDelivering customer support through in-app live chat, phone, and emailRepresenting Revolut by ensuring professional and consistent communication with customersCollaborating with international teams to resolve customer issuesWhat you'll needFluency in English (minimum B2 level)A bachelor’s degree or equivalentExcellent communication skillsThe ability to explain complex issues in an easy and understandable mannerExperience providing omnichannel support across chat, phone, and emailExceptional writing, analytical, and IT skillsImpeccable attention to detailEmpathy and a genuine interest in supporting customersTo be self-motivated and an adaptable team playerAn independent, problem-solving attitudeTo be able to work from the Mexico City officeImportant notice for candidates:Job scams are on the rise.
