System Administrator Specialist

The position is primarily responsible for providing support in ensuring that all endpoints (laptop, desktop, and servers) are properly configured, built, and passed the security standards of the bank prior to issuance. The position is also responsible for providing network connectivity and other peripherals to the bank's business units.Key ResponsibilitiesImplements standards in managing issuance of endpoints.Participates in the creation and enhancement of processes on endpoint and servers for efficient delivery and improved user experience.Provides network connectivity and other peripherals to the bank's business units.Conducts installation and configuration of the server operating system.Supports the setting up of network connections and the proper communication between servers and other devices.Handles Server Patch Managements and upgrades to ensure that servers are protected against known vulnerabilities and reducing the risk of security breaches and downtime.Gives support relative to endpoint, network, servers, etc.Job RequirementsGraduate of IT-related, Engineering or Math-related courses.At least 2-3 years of experience in systems administration of Windows Servers/Clients and Linux ServersExperience in implementing/understanding of IT security industry standards and policies.Key Skills: Systems Administration, Active Directory, Linux Bash Scripting, Powershell, ITIL, PatchingAmenable to work in Makati City
