Our award-winning designs and integrated technologies continue to shape the future of healthcare.Responsibilities:Support the delivery of technical training sessions (online or on-site), especially for new partners or team membersCover topics such as product installation, troubleshooting, service kit usage, and ticketing processesAssist in maintaining and developing technical learning materialsAct as a technical contact for selected partners when requiredSupport partners in navigating seca tools such as the Partner Portal and Customer Education Portal (CEP)Provide guidance during onboarding or process adoption phasesAdvise partners on recommended spare parts to maintain stock based on frequent service casesPromote local spare part availability to enable fast repairs and increase partner-driven service revenueCollaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between technical and commercial aspectsQualifications:Degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent technical qualificationStrong technical understanding, preferably in medical technology, IT, or technical serviceExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsExperience with ticketing tools (e.g., Jira)Ability to support training initiatives and partner communication when neededCommercial awareness of spare parts and service business is an advantageWillingness to travel up to 20% of the time within the regionSelf-motivated, independent, and goal-oriented work styleOur Offer:As the world market leader in medical measuring and weighing, we provide extensive product knowledge and the expertise required to operate successfully in the market.
