The Mobile Systems & Inventory Specialist plays a key role in managing and maintaining mobile device inventory, ensuring compliance with security and configuration requirements, and supporting a fast-paced, ever-changing mobile environment. This role involves standing up and maintaining small mobile networks, updating operating systems, keeping System Security Plans (SSPs) current, and collaborating closely with both internal teams and external customers to deliver efficient, secure, and reliable mobile solutions.Responsibilities:Inventory Management:Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records for all mobile devices, accessories, and network componentsTrack asset lifecycle from procurement to decommissioningConduct regular audits to ensure accountability and readinessSystem Security & Compliance:Keep SSPs (System Security Plans) up to date with the latest security and configuration requirementsEnsure all mobile devices and networks comply with organizational and federal security standardsWork with security and compliance teams to address vulnerabilities and implement best practices.
