You will partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate contact to offer acceptance.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.Utilize diverse sourcing methods to proactively identify and engage top talent.Collaborate on talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives to enhance our market presence and attract high-caliber candidates.Provide support for recruitment-related tasks, such as interview scheduling and coordination.Monitor market trends and adjust recruitment strategies to align with current demands.Ensure compliance with all relevant legal requirements and company policies.Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.What You'll Need:Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Proficiency in standard office software applications.Solid interview and stakeholder management skills.Strong learning agility, self-motivation, and organizational skills.Minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience, ideally within the online travel, internet, or agency sectors.Familiarity with LinkedIn and local job boards.Native-level fluency in both English and Japanese.Bachelor’s degree or higher.
