The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in bulk calling and hiring, with a passion for sourcing and attracting top talent. This is a short term 3-6 month contract with a possibility of extension.Responsibilities:Conduct bulk calling to potential candidates to assess their suitability for various positionswithin the company.Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn and referralsScreen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications, skills, and fit for open positions.Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experiencethroughout the recruitment process.Provide regular updates to management on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate pipeline status.Qualifications:4-7 years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition SpecialistExperience recruiting in NORAM.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage andcommunicate with candidates and hiring managers.Proficiency in using job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment tools for sourcing and attracting candidates.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projectssimultaneously.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.Contract Position- 3-6 months of Contract
