Through proactive sourcing, engaging candidate experiences, and partnerships with hiring leaders, our specialists ensure we build a diverse, high-performing workforce that drives innovation, growth, and long-term success.What You’ll DoDesign and implement effective sourcing strategies that attract the right skillsets, capabilities and mindsets, while proactively building talent pools and pipelines for hard-to-source roles to ensure future readiness.Partner with hiring leaders throughout the recruitment process, providing expert coaching and guidance to deliver a consistently seamless candidate experience for both internal and external recruitment processes, from first contact through to onboarding and beyond.Position Southern Cross as an Employer of Choice, enabling us to acquire and retain talent aligned with our strategic direction, values, and future capability needs.Drive operational excellence by continuously improving processes, enhancing our employee value proposition, exploring AI driven tools, while ensuring compliance with our obligations.Leverage Workday and other digital platforms to enable automation, self-service, and reduce transactional workload, freeing up capacity for strategic talent initiatives.What You BringProven experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally across both internal and agency settings.Ability to manage volume recruitment and shifting priorities while maintaining quality and candidate care.Strong working knowledge of HRIS platforms (Workday preferred).Expertise in behavioural interviewing, psychometric testing, and employment legislation.A flair for social media and recruitment marketing campaigns, with a passion for crafting compelling job advertisements.A continuous improvement mindset with strong analytical and systems thinking.Courageous communication, curiosity, continuous learning and a collaborative spirit.A human-centred design approach and a drive to challenge the status quo.Why You’ll Love It HereYou’ll be part of a purpose-driven team that puts people at the heart of everything we do.You’ll help shape a modern, agile operating model that supports meaningful work.You’ll be empowered to innovate, influence, and make a real impact.Our values who we are and what’s important to us.Ngākau nui.
