Job Description

We are working with a well known Wellington-based organisation to find an energetic and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join their team on a 12 fixed-term contract. You will be the engine room for the HR function, providing essential support and driving key employee processes from end-to-end.What You'll Be DoingThis role is central to the daily operations of the HR team, offering hands-on involvement across the full employee lifecycle:Recruitment Ownership: Coordinate the entire end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process, including working closely with hiring managers and even conducting interviews.Remuneration Management: Play a key part in the annual cycle by coordinating the delivery of the remuneration review process and preparing crucial related data.Documentation & Compliance: Prepare essential employment documents, including Individual Employment Agreements (IEAs) and variation letters.Systems & Data: Maintain the HRIS and employee files, ensuring data integrity, and leveraging your strong numerical skills for data preparation.Culture & Communication: Assist in the delivery of employee engagement and wellbeing programmes, and support ad-hoc internal communication materials.Team Support: Provide comprehensive HR administration and coordination support, constantly seeking opportunities to add value to the team and wider business.What You'll Bring To The TeamYou are highly organised, professional, and possess a fantastic blend of technical skill and positive attitude.Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a busy HR or similar support function.A relevant tertiary qualification is preferred.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel skills A passion for HR administration with a keen eye for data, numbers, and numerical analysis.Able to follow complex processes thoroughly with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Trustworthy, discreet, and honest, maintaining a high level of confidentiality.Highly self-motivated, with a positive, can-do attitude, and the ability to handle pressure.This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional looking to step into a role that offers true process ownership and coordination across critical HR functions.At Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
