🎵 We’re Electric Kiwiiiiiiiiiii (and Kiwi Mobile too!) 🎵We’re on the hunt for a strong P&C generalist who can make it better for the whole EK crew while one of our team heads off on parental leave. Ideally, we’re looking for someone who can jump on board ASAP! We're talking recruitment, onboarding, performance, rem and benefits, engagement, ER, coaching, and using some great HR tech to make the employee experience amazing for our team.To support the team best, this role is full time and all office, all the time (sorry, we can’t support WFH for this one).What your days might look likeOwning end-to-end recruitment: writing ads, screening candidates, running interviews, and coaching managers to make awesome hiring callsSolving issues as they pop up: think ER and HR questions, supporting managers and staff through the curly bitsBeing the steady hand for managers: giving clear, calm advice and building trusted partnerships across the businessKeeping engagement, performance, and culture humming managing engagement surveys, performance reviews and goal settingProviding rem and benchmarking support and adviceGiving smart, practical advice (and sometimes a pep talk) when called forYou’ll thrive in this role if youHave at least 4 years’ generalist HR experience under your belt (and love both recruitment and ER)Know how to coach managers, unravel trickier people issues, and build trustBring values to your work every day. You’re fair, inclusive, honest, always making it betterAre focused on delivering an award-winning employee experience and a culture where everyone feels safe and belongsLove variety, pace, and the feeling of getting stuff sortedAre tech-savvy and can pick up new technologies and processes quickly.
