Someone who thrives inside platforms, takes ownership of outcomes and brings energy, precision and pace to every campaign.This is a hands-on leadership role where you will guide a small team, shape performance strategy and stay ahead of trends across Meta, LinkedIn, Google and emerging digital channels. You will champion best practice, push experimentation, and ensure every campaign is built with care and tuned for impact.What You Will DoLead the planning and delivery of performance marketing across Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads and other digital channelsBuild, manage and optimise audiences, targeting strategies, budgets and bidding approachesDrive fast-paced testing across copy, creative, landing pages and funnelsReport on performance metrics, including CPA, ROAS, conversion rates and lead qualityTranslate data into meaningful, human-centred insights for clientsMentor and support team members to lift their capability and confidenceWork closely with strategy, creative and client teams to ensure campaigns connect and convert.Stay current with industry trends, platform changes and emerging toolsWhat You BringAt least four years of hands on paid media experience within a digital agencyDeep expertise with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google AdsStrong understanding of analytics, measurement and optimisation (GA4, GTM, Looker Studio and similar)High attention to detail and a commitment to quality in everything you buildThe ability to move quickly and make confident, informed decisionsA data driven mindset with a bias for testing, learning and improvingClear and straightforward communication with the ability to explain performance simplyA natural leadership style that supports, guides and lifts othersWhy Human DigitalWork on campaigns where performance thinking and human insight work togetherCollaborate with a team that values connection, curiosity and real outcomesFlexible hybrid or remote workingA mix of ambitious local and global clientsA culture built on sharp thinking, honest collaboration and meaningful results
