Your Mission :Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionLead the entire recruitment process: defining the need, drafting and publishing job ads, sourcing, interviews, and candidate follow-up.Identify and activate the most effective talent acquisition channels (job boards, networks, referrals, agencies, etc.).Conduct proactive sourcing for key profiles (data, tech, marketing, HR, etc.).Support managers in defining needs and making hiring decisions.Contribute to improving the candidate experience and the efficiency of the recruitment process.Cross-Functional HR ProjectsTake part in cross-functional HR projects: onboarding improvements, people review, integration pathways, etc.Contribute to the digitalization of HR processes and the implementation of monitoring tools (ATS, reporting, dashboards).Act as an ambassador for the company culture and a key player in internal communication.What we’re looking for :Graduated with a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources. 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house).
