Join us as a People Sourcing Intern and get hands-on experience in the early stages of the hiring process!We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive People Sourcing Intern to support our recruitment team in identifying top talent. This role is focused on CV screening, sending assessments, following up with candidates, and scheduling shortlisted candidates for interviews with our People Acquisition team.What You’ll Be DoingCV Screening – Review resumes to identify the best-fit candidates.Sending Assessments – Ensure candidates complete their assessments on time.Follow-ups & Coordination – Keep candidates engaged and updated.Scheduling Interviews – Arrange interviews for shortlisted candidates with our People Acquisition team.Be Part Of ATI JourneyOur aim at ATI Business Group in working with our Clients is to support their continued growth by providing cost-effective technology and talented & scalable people resources on demand. Since commencing in 2002 we now have over 900 employees providing services to our clients across the globe.Minimum QualificationsCurrently studying or recently graduated in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.Available for a full time 3–6-month internship.C1 English proficiency – Strong written and verbal communication skills.Detail-oriented & organized – You love keeping things on track.Great communicator – You can follow up with candidates professionally and effectively.Tech-savvy – Comfortable working with recruitment tools (training provided!).Team player – Ready to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
