Role Overview: We are looking for a Product Designer with a strong product sense and an entrepreneurial spirit to join our on-site team. In this role, youll combine hands-on UI/UX design with product management responsibilities.
Youll be part of a fast-moving product studio, working on launching MVPs for early-stage startups across various industries. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about crafting thoughtful user experiences and wants to grow into a product leadership role. What You'll Do:
Take full ownership of product and design decisions across the lifecycle, from concept to launchLead end-to-end project management for software and product development projectsDrive deadlines and ensure high-quality deliverablesBreak down feature requests into user stories, wireframes, and product roadmapsWork closely with product, development, and business teams with a focus on leveraging AI and no-code/low-code platforms to translate ideas into actionable featuresWork closely with engineering, QA, and business teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliveryDevelop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues. Communicate project status, milestones, and blockers to stakeholders and leadership. Ensure projects align with business goals and client expectations. Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders. What Were Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field0-2 years of experience in Product Design, ideally in a software development agency or tech startupCompensation: 120,000 - 200,000 per monthStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in Figma for both low-fidelity and high-fidelity designComfortable with learning new tools and technologies, including AI and no-code platforms e. g.
Framer, Webflow, Lovable, Stitch, JiraExperience with project management tools like Jira, Trello etcExcellent verbal and written communication skills, leadership, and interpersonal skillsHighly proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow
