We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher / Trainee Teacher for our Kids Club to join our team.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, plan, and manage daily programs and activities for kids.Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your care.Engage, and entertain children in a fun and educational environment.Plan, organize, and supervise daily activities for children.Ensure a safe, friendly, and fun environment for kids.Monitor children’s participation and provide personalized attention as needed.Manage communication with parents regarding their child’s experience and feedback.Collaborate with other staff to organize events, workshops, and seasonal activities.Assist in planning and implementing engaging educational activities for young childrenSupport daily routines and ensure a safe, nurturing environmentFoster social, emotional, and intellectual growthRequirementsDiploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field.Experience in a supervisory role within a childcare or recreational setting.Strong leadership skills with a passion for working with children.Ability to manage a team and oversee multiple activities effectively.Previous experience in childcare, education, or recreational activities.Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for working with children.Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure a safe, organized environment.Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).What We OfferCompetitive salaryOpportunities for professional growth and development.Complimentary or discounted membership to Revolucion Leisure Hub facilities.A positive and collaborative workplace culture.Working Hours Full Time - Monday to Sunday - 9.00 AM to 6.00 PMPart Time - Monday to Sunday - 6.00 PM to 9.00 PMPlease note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further consideration.
