This role will see you responsible for administration support across the Commercial Sales team in Queensland. We are seeking a motivated and highly organised administration professional ready to bring their exceptional skills to a dynamic role and take the next step in their career. Key responsibilities will include; Provide timely and quality high level administrative support for the Director and Commercial Sales AgentsCreate and Manage Sale & Marketing fees, code supplier invoicesManage campaign budget allocationsCRM data entry, ensuring correct property data and details are accurate and up to dateCreating and updating online listings on both the company website and external websitesPreparation, formatting, and compilation of marketing collateralCoordinate third party suppliers such as trades, photographers, stylists and other services for properties and projectsGather and collate information to assist with the preparation of reports and campaign updatesCoordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding sale deposits, deposit releases and settlement confirmationsMaintain Revenue Forecast reporting and Debtor ManagementOther ad hoc tasks such as file management, document control and travel bookingsWhat Sets You Apart  Previous experience in an Administration or Team Support roleReal Estate experience is preferable but not essentialAdvanced Microsoft Office skills including word processing long format documentsExperience across creating POs, invoicing and basic reconciliations preferredExcellent time management and organisational skillsExceptional attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to work well under pressure and prioritise depending on workloadWhat Sets Us Apart  We actively seek out people who possess that rare mix of work ethic, rock solid integrity and attentiveness to client needs.
