Assistant to Project Management TeamSalary: £29,000–£32,000Contract: Full-time, hybrid (3 days in office)Location: Central LondonWe are partnering with a leading creative agency in central London who are seeking a talented assistant with a passion for arts and culture to support the project management team in the delivery of diverse editorial and creative projects.This is an excellent opportunity to support a busy team delivering high-profile work in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.You will provide day-to-day administrative and production support, helping ensure the smooth delivery of creative projects from early concept through to final release.Working across print and digital formats, you’ll collaborate with clients, internal teams, and freelance creatives to bring projects to life.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport project managers across print and digital projectsManage timelines, schedules, and basic budgetsLiaise with clients, contributors, and freelance creativesHandle invoices, permissions, and project documentationCoordinate logistics and troubleshoot project issuesMaintain office organisation and support day-to-day operationsAssist senior team members with administrative tasksSkills & ExperienceStrong communication and organisational skillsAt least 1 year work experience in a support roleExcellent attention to detailConfidence using G-Suite and Microsoft OfficeAbility to prioritise and work under pressurePositive, collaborative, and resourceful approachDemonstrable passion for arts and culture📩 Apply now to be considered for this exciting role!
