Their mission is to maximise value for their clients through strategic collaborations and innovative revenue-generating opportunities.Following the UC3 tender process, Relevent Football Partners was awarded the commercial rights to the UEFA men’s club competitions (Champions League, Europa League and Conference League) on a global basis for the 2027 to 2033 cycle.As such, Relevent Football Partners is now seeking to build a truly world class business focused on the monetisation of these commercial rights.Role OverviewThe Team Assistant, Legal role will report into the Chief Legal Officer in the Legal department, and will support the wider legal team. They will play a key role in supporting the CLO and Legal Directors but also support the wider legal team with administrative and operational support to ensure efficient delivery of departmental objectives. They will manage internal processes and workflows to support the team’s work across commercial, contractual, and regulatory/compliance matters. They will maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive legal and commercial information with professionalism and discretion.The Team Assistant, Legal role will be based in Relevent Football Partner’s London office.Key ResponsibilitiesExecution Manage scheduling, calendar coordination and meeting logistics for the CLO and Legal Directors. Supporting the wider members of the legal team in providing dedicated administrative support, primarily through assisting with the administration involved during tender processes and contract negotiation. Support contract management processes, including document formatting, version control, and digital filing. Assist with the preparation, circulation and tracking of non-disclosure agreements and other standard legal documents. Help monitor and oversee internal compliance processes, including training, policy acknowledgments, due diligence procedures and contract approval processes. Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems for legal documents and correspondence. Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and briefing materials. Liaise with internal departments and external partners to coordinate signatures, document execution, and follow-up actions. Track deadlines and key dates for legal and commercial agreements. Assist in organising internal and external meetings, workshops, and team events. Provide general administrative support including expense processing, travel coordination, and procurement of supplies or subscriptions. Required Experience & Skills Experience in an administrative, team assistant, or coordinator role, within a legal, media, or sports environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and document management systems. Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information. Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative attitude. Personal Qualities Driven, ambitious, positive and hardworking, with a proactive approach.
