Job Title: Team Lead Account: eCommerce Work Setup: 100% Onsite – Cebu City Work Shift: 24x7 Salary: Up to 34,000 packageJob description:We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to oversee daily operations for an eCommerce account. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, solid customer service helpdesk experience, and a proven track record of driving team performance. This role requires excellent stakeholder management, attention to process compliance, and the ability to manage a diverse team efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team to meet and exceed performance metrics.Ensure processes are executed according to the client contract.Monitor team performance and drive improvement across identified KPIs.Handle stakeholder interaction and maintain strong working relationships.Provide coaching, guidance, and effective team management.Uphold operational excellence with consistency and accuracy.Qualifications:Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead in any LOB (retail domain preferred). Customer Service Helpdesk experience.Strong stakeholder management skills.Proven ability in team performance and process management.
