The resort features over 20 curated restaurants and lounges, the traditional Souk Madinat Jumeirah, dedicated kids’ clubs and some of the region’s most versatile event and conference spaces.About The JobAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader - Palace Lounge to join Jumeirah Al Qasr. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:Supervise the daily operations of the Palace Lounge, ensuring seamless coordination with all supporting departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience.Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate updates, reinforce service expectations, and align the team with operational priorities.Prepare required reports, maintain accurate records, and carry out regular quality checks and audits to uphold service excellence.Address guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism and empathy, ensuring prompt resolution or escalation when appropriate.Uphold Jumeirah’s service standards, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance at all times.About YouThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:Experience in a similar position within a luxury 5-star environment.Previous experience in the UAE is preferred, while international luxury exposure is equally valued.Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional language, particularly Russian, will be regarded as an advantage.Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Opera Cloud systems.A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences within a multicultural team environment.Confident and professional in managing guest feedback with empathy, and efficiency.About The BenefitsAt Jumeirah, we are dedicated to fostering a vibrant community where colleagues feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
