This would suit someone who does not mind some travel and likes variety in locations they work at.. You will be working as part of a privately owned family run business known as a market leader that is focused on managing customer service in store, inbound phone sales, managing the property presentation and cleanliness standards and achieving and exceeding sales targets.As the successful applicant, you will have the following attributes:Have sales experience and abilityA passion for customer serviceHas a stable work historyAn ability to cover different rosters with some noticeHave a 'can do' constructive attitudeHas great face to face customer service skillsBe self motivated and possess the desire for self developmentHave the ability to work autonomously when requiredBe a team playerWhat's in it for you?Ongoing training & development to encourage skill developmentTwo weeks full time training at the commencement of the positionThe opportunity to earn excellent financial rewards and recognition whilst being part of a successful and fantastic team;While this role is of a casual part time nature, there is a reasonable expectation of work required since we have 8 full time team members who need to take annual leave and we have regular training and development that also require roster cover, so some weeks will be full time work while other weeks you will not be required, however everything is organised in advance so if you are flexible and looking for something that is not full time, then this could be the role for you!If you have a 'can do' constructive attitude and a desire for self development, with a passion for sales, we would love to hear from you!
