They specialise in sectors such as data centres, life sciences, and large-scale commercial developments, offering services in cost management, project controls, scheduling, risk, and procurement.The jobAs a High Voltage (HV) Technical Lead, you’ll guide the planning, coordination, and delivery of HV electrical systems for major construction projects. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure complex infrastructure is delivered safely, on schedule, and to exceptional technical standards. This role also offers strong support for professional growth and career ownership.In this role, you will:Oversee the full lifecycle of HV projects, including design, planning, construction, technical compliance, commissioning, and final handoverProvide clear leadership and foster strong communication across diverse technical teams and stakeholdersApply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challengesEnsure alignment with applicable HV codes, standards, and regulatory requirementsCoordinate with designers, contractors, utility providers, and internal teams to drive technical executionManage design reviews, approvals, and overall compliance processesMaintain adherence to regional HV regulatory bodies and safety protocolsIdentify project risks and ensure compliance with local safety and quality standardsPromote robust HSE (health, safety, and environment) practices throughout all HV activitiesWe’d love to hear from you if you:Have a degree in electrical engineeringHave solid experience delivering HV electrical systems on large or complex construction projectsBring an engineering or construction background, ideally with HV or energy-sector expertiseUnderstand utility processes, commissioning procedures, and HV safety standardsCommunicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiencesAre proactive, detail-driven, and committed to delivering work safely and to a high standardFluent in English; French or Dutch is a plus.Have right to work in Belgium without sponsorship.
