Their services cover Engineering, Procurement, Project management, Fabrication / Construction, Installation and Commissioning to project owners and operators.Job DescriptionOur client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to oversee and coordinate technical activities across their engineering and operations functions. The ideal candidate will provide strong technical direction, ensure project excellence, mentor engineering teams, and support the delivery of high-quality services across both onshore and offshore projects.The Technical Lead will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of EPCICM projects, drilling operations, intervention and completion services, asset integrity programs, and other mission-critical technical initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, supervise, and mentor multidisciplinary engineering and technical teams across various project phases. Provide expert technical direction across EPCICM, drilling support, well intervention, and asset integrity operations. Oversee engineering design reviews, risk assessments, and technical evaluations to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards. Collaborate with project managers to ensure alignment on scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Ensure all projects meet the client's HSE, quality, and operational excellence standards. Drive innovation, process improvement, and the adoption of best-in-class technologies and methodologies. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution. Support pre-qualification, bidding, and proposal development by providing technical insights and documentation. Oversee installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities as required. Ensure asset integrity and optimize equipment performance through predictive and preventive maintenance strategies. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Petroleum, Electrical, Chemical, or related field). A Master’s degree is an added advantage. Minimum of 7–10 years technical experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with strong exposure to offshore and onshore operations. Proven track record in EPCICM projects, drilling operations, or well intervention services. Strong understanding of oilfield chemicals, production optimization, and asset integrity management is an advantage. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing technical teams. Excellent knowledge of industry codes, standards, and regulatory requirements. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Strong commitment to HSE principles and compliance. Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding project environment.
