Job Description – Technical Office ManagerSupervise all technical office activities and ensure that engineering tasks are executed with the highest levels of accuracy and quality.Manage a team of engineers and technicians, assign tasks, and follow up to ensure compliance with project schedules.Review and approve engineering drawings and designs for production lines and mechanical equipment using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.Prepare and review fabrication and assembly drawings, including dimensions, GD&T, and welding symbols, ensuring full alignment with project requirements.Oversee site measurements and surveys, and convert them into accurate CAD models to ensure compatibility between design and actual site conditions.Develop and optimize layout plans for equipment installation within production facilities based on workflow and available space.Coordinate effectively with production, mechanical, and procurement departments to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability (DFM) while minimizing waste.Prepare and review Bills of Materials (BOMs) and technical documentation required for manufacturing and installation.Participate in cost analysis and design optimization to reduce project costs and enhance operational efficiency.Monitor technical updates and continuously improve internal processes within the technical office.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.7–10 years of experience in the engineering field, with strong experience in managing a technical office.Professional proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.Experience in production line and machinery design, preferably with conveyors design experience.Strong leadership, team management, planning, and decision-making skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Previous experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is a strong plus.itten communication skills
