Here, you will tackle today’s toughest challenges with a future-focused mindset; so our clients turn to us first when it matters most.Make a real impactIn this dynamic environment, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Technical Project Manager (Senior Associate) to join our Project Management team in Athens.Report to the Head of IT PMO, driving the Project Delivery lifecycle of PwC Tech & Data engagementsManage projects from a technical perspective with top-down oversight throughout entire execution (from the formulation of its Business Case to its final rollout to production) to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of PM Methodologies (Waterfall and/or Agile)Participate in the scope definition as per customer specificationsParticipate in the effort and budget estimation as well as resource forecasting and optimal allocation as per project specific needsManage project external and internal stakeholdersCoordinate project teams, removing impediments and facilitating smooth and efficient execution of project planDevelop project plans, execute, monitor and control, prioritizing tasks and resources, resolving conflicts, proposing solutions towards the most efficient outcome as per PM best practicesConduct project risk assessments and deliver mitigation plansPrepare progress reports, providing timely and accurate data, based on specific KPIsFollow-up on budget progress and provide accurate financial forecastsPrepare the monthly billing and follow-up on invoices generationDeliver presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients with on site presence as requiredObtain customer acceptance of project deliverablesConduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elementsIdentify and develop new opportunities with clientsWhat You Bring MattersUniversity degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other relevant fields; MBA or other master’s degree will be considered an assetAt least 3 years of professional experience in IT Project Management within Banking and Finance industryExperience in IT Requirements Analysis / Management would be an assetPMP and/or PSM certifications are considered a strong plusExperience with Google suite and gsheets data manipulation and automations is highly desirableExperience with MS Project or other PM tools and ticketing systems (Jira, AzureDevops)Technical fluency and ability to speak knowledgeably about broad technology, business trends and product details, understanding customer and project specific needsHigh level of organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work under pressure, autonomously and meet deadlinesAbility to effectively work with a variety of organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalitiesStrong interpersonal communication skills to build sustainable relationships with all people at all levels throughout the organizationBRING YOUR BEST, EVERYDAYYour skills, integrity, and curiosity make the difference.
