Job Description

The Construction Manager oversees and coordinates construction activities for multiple projects to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves managing project teams, contractors, and suppliers while maintaining compliance with design specifications, building codes, and company procedures Required Qualifications:·        Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture (University or Technical Institute level).·        Minimum 9  years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a Project Management role within construction or infrastructure projects.·        Proven track record in delivering large-scale commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.·        Proven experience in project planning, execution, and delivery within schedule and budget constraints.·        Excellent command of MS Project and MS Office applications.·        Familiarity with contract management, cost control, and risk management procedures.·        Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, Procore)·        Familiarity with ESG policies and Leed/Breeam Certification procedures·        Very good command of the English language, both written and spoken.·        In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.·        Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications·        Strong understanding of contract administration and cost control. Responsibilities:·        Overall management and supervision of construction projects, ensuring adherence to quality, time, and cost objectives.·        Development and implementation of the project execution plan, including detailed scheduling, resource planning, and procurement coordination.·        Monitoring project progress, controlling timelines, budgets, and deliverables.·        Coordination and supervision of site engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.·        Preparation of progress reports, financial updates, and project documentation.·        Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards, environmental regulations, and contractual requirements.·        Direct communication with the client, consultants, and company management for project status, risks, and corrective actions.·        Contribute to project closeout procedures, including handover documentation and defect rectification.·        Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for all site personnel.·        Work with the project management team to control costs and reduce project overruns.·        Conduct regular site meetings to review progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment across teams.·        Inspect work to verify compliance with safety regulations and project requirements.  Skills:·        Strong leadership and team management capabilities.·        Excellent communication and negotiation skills.·        High level of organization, responsibility, and decision-making ability.·        Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders.·        Competence in budgeting, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.·        Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to changing project conditions.·        Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety. Company Offers:·        Continuous training and professional development in advanced project management methodologies.·        Dynamic, supportive, and collaborative working environment.·        Competitive remuneration package, aligned with experience and responsibilities.·        Career advancement opportunities
