Exciting opportunity to work with a Big4 Company as a Technical Recruiter based in London, UK!Technical Recruiter12 months contractLondon, UK (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)You'll play a critical role in attracting, identifying, and recruiting top-tier engineering, and technical talent across R&D. This role requires a deep understanding of technical roles, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to represent commitment in providing a great candidate experience.Experience: Preference for 5yrs+ In-house recruiting experience and or agency experience, preferably in the technology and digital space. Preference for candidates who have worked across EMEA.Key Responsibilities: Partner with the business to identify role requirements, build talent attraction strategies, and assess candidate suitability for highly specialised roles, collaborate with hiring managers, interview candidates, provide candidate insights, and interpret data on assigned projects.
