We offer services in Robotic Process Automation, Visualization and Analytics, Business and organizational Transformation, and Project Management.The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. Daily tasks include technical recruiting, maintaining effective communication with candidates and hiring teams, coordinating interviews, and managing the hiring process to ensure a seamless experience for all parties involved.ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment cycle for both technical and support roles, guiding candidates through all stages of the hiring process.Partner closely with business teams to understand role requirements and workforce planning needs.Track and analyze Talent Acquisition KPIs to measure recruitment efficiency and recommend process improvements.Proactively headhunt and source candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, career events, and referrals to build a high-quality talent pipeline.Source, pre-screen, and communicate with a minimum of 10 candidates daily to maintain a strong talent pipeline.Build and maintain an updated database of qualified Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and IT Consultants based on market trends.Utilize the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) for candidate sourcing, tracking, and maintaining accurate applicant records.Regularly update and maintain applicant inventory to ensure data accuracy.Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate job requisitions, clarify requirements, and define ideal candidate profiles.Qualify candidates for technical roles through thorough pre-screening and interviews.Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring candidates’ availability.Negotiate job offers and contract terms with selected candidates while maintaining a positive candidate experience.Ensure all recruitment documentation (resumes, interview notes, availability, salary expectations) is complete and organized for every candidate.Support employer branding efforts by creating a positive and professional candidate journey from sourcing to onboarding.Support performance management efforts by:Gathering feedback from hiring managers on new hire performance.Providing insights to HR and leadership on recruitment quality and retention.Using hiring data to refine job profiles and candidate selection criteria.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in technical recruitment within IT, software development, or data/analytics domains.Proven track record in hiring for roles like Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Software Developers, IT Consultants, etc.Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and professional networks.Proficiency with ATS systems and recruitment analytics tools.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Experience in measuring and optimizing recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, quality-of-hire).Familiarity with employment laws and best practices in candidate experience.Technical certifications and HR certifications are a plus.Basic knowledge of coding languages, cloud technologies, or data engineering concepts for better candidate assessments is a plus.
