Job Description

Zetier is looking for a senior technical recruiter specializing in sourcing, screening, and hiring cleared hardware/software engineers. Strong candidates will demonstrate practical experience and insights finding skilled engineers, effectively engaging them, and guiding them to final hire. Additionally, ideal candidates will be able to devise and support strategic outreach efforts (e.g. marketing, public talks, sponsorships) as part of a comprehensive recruiting strategy.ResponsibilitiesWork with hiring managers to develop accurate and engaging job descriptionsUnderstand the technical skills, knowledge, and experience required of candidatesSource candidates online (e.g. ads, databases, job boards) and off (e.g. job fairs, referrals)Screen qualified applicants to validate skills, professional interests, and motivational fitDemonstrate creativity creating, deploying, and overseeing innovative sourcing strategiesDeliver exceptional candidate care while engaging and scheduling candidatesQualifications4+ years experience in recruiting for highly technical cleared positions2+ years recruiting for defense contracting positionsSelf-motivated; proactive ability to take the initiativeZetier is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
